We all recognise a good story when we see one. But only when we start creating ourselves, we realise it’s an art. So, how do you translate the specialised learnings of an expert and share it in such a way that a novice is engaged and understands?

We took on the challenge to capture and share internal knowledge within the largest media company in The Netherlands.

We deconstructed knowledge of over 50 experts and helped them transfer their specialised ideas and knowledge into plain English. We never throw out raw data or information, but add context and narrative to the learnings which resonate with the learner. Even the most dedicated learners get disengaged if an interesting subject is told in a boring way.

Although an expert have a lot of expertise, they’re not persé teachers.

Our team helped more than 50 experts produce over 750 video’s and digital micro learnings which were engaging and matched the learners level.
